Cutting the Caffine

Dear Caffinators,

Since Ramadan's fast approaching, it's time for Aunty Archeology Uncovered to pass out her yearly advice.

Caffine-Chasers, my poor babies, my poor, poor junkies... Ram's 10 days away darlings.

Decaf.

That's right, decaf.
Switch from now.
Trust this old hag.
Switch now.

And try to drink your coffee later in the day. Break the routine from today. It'll help you wean off it, so you don't spazz out.

Same goes to Chai, you office-workers. Same goes to Turkish Coffee, you gossipers.

Trust.

*Thus ends this public service announcement*

Good luck :)

Another idea is to break the routine of fasting, by drinking an eating in Ramadhan during the day.
