Yindia Course.

Hello Friends, Cohorts...

So i've been in India for the past 10 days, doing a month-long course about conserving sound, image, and video collections.

Which, in case you're wondering, we don't have. However, since the National Library is opening soon, and they have a section for A/V, it makes sense.

Delhi wasn't as hectic as i was afraid it would be. However, i didn't really get to check it out since we leave the Museum at around 6-6:30.

We're now in Pune, which is two hours away by plane. Working here at Fergusson College, which was built in 1882 or something. We're mostly doing photograph conservation here.

I'm going to try and do the mobile-blogger thing on the India phone, so i can just post pictures with captions.

And now if you'll excuse me, i have to go upstairs and drop off my work bag so i can go to the Chinese restaurant near-bye. Becuase honestly, Indian for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is making me fatter, making my cholestorol higher (i'm assuming), and is otherwise making me slower, more tired, and hating myself. So yes, non-Indian is a freakin' blessing. Bes il7imdililah wil shikir 3ala kil 7al.. it's good food, but it's just heavy.

Alright, phone config time.

S'long Machboos Diyaay's..!

Love,

Aloo Paneer
