Rave
Usually,
i'd be helpful.
In fact,
i'd insist on helping, especially if it's being prepped for me.
But someone has to work Clueless.
:D
Had him open a new box for me,
which was glorious.
The first box contained a LOT of bags,
well over hundered.
The second box had bigger bags,
which means bigger artifacts.
This third box has three dozen or so bags,
but each one is barely untouched.
Usually, and this is the way it works,
is that i'd immediately recognize if i've already worked on something.
I mean, you spend hours pouring over the cracks in each artifact,
and so you'd get a little remenicent if you saw it again.
Except this third box had very little of things i've done,
and i've already grown accustomed to reading the handwriting on the label first,
so i'm expecting uncompleted pieces (i was the tarmeem person).
Lo and behold, i get uncompleted pieces,
and it's so nice to go back to that.
Yes, the last two boxes had very little preservation that had to go down,
but there was always that one piece every now or then that you can now fit when before you deemed it impossible.
Now, it's back to using your fingers, glue, tape, sand, and a lot of patience to complete your task.
From getting ink on your shirts,
to having instant-glue ripping your skin,
to realizing that your holding a long-dead animal in your hand,
it's still the bestest job out there.
There's really nothing i'd rather be doing :D
How's YOUR Saturday?

My hands DO need constant maintainence.
However, i couldn't be bothered, i'm afraid.
Meh.
Oh!
Lest you think they're dirty, aks anybody, they're the cleanest of hands (dettol, baby!), with the shortest of nails (nail cutter at work, too :P).
PS: thanks a lot, now i feel bad for my hands being neglected and all.
Tee!
