Starbucks Mango
Hello.
To be honest,
nothing much has been going on at work,
(other than planning and figuring out the final kinks for our summer trip).
And my only gripe these days has been about this,
The Fresh Mango Juice at Starbucks.
You see, i pick up the bottle that's always in that ice-bin on the counter, hand it over to the barista, and say 'blended, please'.
And becuase it's gotten to be an addiction, i kept looking to see just exactly what i'm getting in terms of nutritional information.
Not much, it turns out.
Not only does Starbucks not have the required 'white label' of ingredients/nutri info on the bottle, it also doesn't provide any information other than it's "fresh juice from Egypt" that they get on a weekly basis.
The tazafactory.com website that's on the label isn't real, and i'm left wondering why the imported drink they offer has nothing other than 'mango juice' as a description.
This makes me want to actually bother asking which, if any, of those newly popped-up Juice places are open before 8am.
Other than that,
life is well and traffic is beautiful :)

Stick to freshly-squeezed juices near the co-op branches :P
The so-called "fresh" mango juice at my local Starbucks does have the ingredient label on it. I used to take it blended, but I thought it was too sweet, so I looked at the label and sure enough they've added SUGAR!

The juices might be freshly squeezed, but are we really going to compare Starbucks to 3a9eer il jam3iya?!
Lol.
Harry:
I don't mind added sugar, but i just want to know how MUCH they added... Oh well.
Btw, have any KNM gossip this time around?
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
